Last night when trying to charge, one earbud indicated ~40% and the other ~55%, while the case indicated 1%. When plugged in, the light on the case would come on some of the time, but not consistently. Today, both earbuds are showing ~55%, but the case is at 0%. For me, the key was to push volume down first then the button. My Beats Solo Pro would not connect to any devices and I could not reset it. Here's what finally worked for me. If an earbud isn't seated correctly, it stays powered on and runs the battery down. Then the next time I take them out, an earbud's battery is dead or close to it. Anyone else have this issue ? My beats are currently running firmware 2C48 and the Android beats up keeps notifying me of a firmware update to 3A283 (Which i think is the latest Airpod FW). When I try to do the update it says close the lid but when I do nothing happens. Tried a reset a few times.
